Energy can not die. Energy is always transforming. We as human beings are taught to see the world from a concrete lens yet witness the process of transformation everyday. There is a duality to all that we see, the light & the shadow. Many are aware and open to understanding the light, but many resist the shadow. Our shadow self is where the parts of ourselves that we may not understand or have control over resides. Our shadow is where our deepest energetic wounds and distortions of self are.
